Monday, May 18, 2009 Grand Tastings is a sampling of signature dishes prepared by notable local chefs and restaurants. We will once again hold the event at the elegant Pleasantdale Chateau in West Orange, NJ. The event will feature wine and spirits and a ticket raffle/silent auction. Check back for more information on when auction previews and bidding will begin.
